Welcome to Ankin Law, Jenny Kelly!

As we enter the second half of 2025, we have a new addition to our lineup of talented attorneys at Ankin Law.

Jenny Kelly, a native of Crown Point, Indiana, is joining the firm as our new Managing Intake Attorney. She will work with the Director of Intake Elliot Allen along with others to get clients the help they need when injured.

Working in law is something Jenny has desired to do since she was a kid, even printing out her own attorney business cards. She’d follow this dream through education, graduated from Indiana University and then DePaul University’s College of Law.

Jenny’s early days in practice included time on the defendant’s side of Workers’ Compensation cases. But as the daughter of a union worker & teacher, she’d eventually switch over to the plaintiff’s side, finding that defending those injured at work was more her calling.

For the past few years, Jenny served as an associate general counsel and legal underwriter for a capital funding company. Desiring a chance to work with lawyers and clients in a firm environment again, she reached out to Attorneys Howard Ankin and Scott Goldstein about opportunities at Ankin Law.

Those meetings led to Jenny joining our intake department, where she’s been working over the last few months.

You can learn more about Jenny in this edition of “Spotlight” in the video.
