Ankin Law is continuing a tradition that began a decade ago by adding another spokesperson from the Chicago sports world.
He began his life in the area and is now doing what he can to bring a World Series title back to the north side.
Cubs catcher Carson Kelly is our spokesperson for the team for the 2026 season, joining Attorney Howard Ankin for commercials that will air on Marquee Sports Network.
Both the catcher and the lawyer have already taped their first round of spots this April which will start airing in May.
A native of Arlington Heights, Illinois, Kelly is in his second year with the Cubs, having helped the club to their first playoff appearance in five seasons in 2025.
He remains the Cubs’ primary catcher, playing well as the team looks for their first National League Central division title since 2020.
Taping commercials with players from the Cubs is a tradition for Ankin Law, with Hall of Famer Andre Dawson along with All-Stars Javier Baez and Willson Contreras joining Howard for spots the last decade.
