Howard Takes to The Airwaves to Advocate for A US Army Veteran

The story of how Ankin Law is helping a United States Army veteran from Chicagoland continues to make headlines in Chicago.

This time, Attorney Howard Ankin went on the radio to advocate for Anthony Walker of Plainfield.

As we continue to represent this client in his lawsuit against Hines VA Hospital, he went on WVON-AM on September 18 to talk about the case and its far-reaching impacts in the area.

He joined host LaDonna Reah of “The Afternoon Show with Atiba B. and LaDonna Raeh” to discuss how this hospital missed a bacteria infection Anthony had developed. Because of that, he developed severe sepsis, which forced him to have heart surgery and left him with permanent damage.

It’s dramatically altered the life of Anthony along with his wife, Rosemary, who discussed their struggles at a news conference at the Ankin Law offices in Chicago on September 9. The story was first told by the Chicago Tribune and has since been featured on NBC Chicago, Fox Chicago along with CBS Chicago.

Howard is representing Anthony along with Ankin Law Medical Malpractice Attorney Jeff Schulkin.

You can listen to Howard’s full discussion with LaDonna on WVON-AM on September 18th in the video.
