This is a simple case that we’ve heard many times – and many times we’ve turned the tide in favor of a client.
A man was driving and was involved in an accident involving a semi-truck, suffered damage to the automobile and was dealing with pain. At first, he thought about going on his own to deal with the insurance company, but that didn’t go anywhere.
That’s when he came to Ankin Law, and we were able to set things right.
Attorney Geoff Jacobs would end up representing this person and he told the story of this particular case in a recent edition of “Client Wins”
When he got involved with the insurance company things began to change. At first denying liability, Geoff was able to negotiate to get 100 percent of that put on the truck driver for the actions in the accident.
Not only did the client get a settlement for the accident but also got his car repairs paid in full. It’s another example of Ankin Law coming through for a client who was involved in a truck accident.
