There is one attorney at Ankin Law that doesn’t like it when people have bad things to say about the city and state that means a lot to him.
When others take shots at Chicago or Illinois, Attorney Matthew Friedman is the first one to set them straight.
“I actually get quite defensive when outsiders trash talk Illinois,” said Friedman. “I love the city. I love representing people from the City of Chicago, the collar counties and even downstate as well.”
That’s because Matt grew up here, went to law school at DePaul University, and has spent decades fighting for injured Chicagoans.
That includes his time at Ankin Law, where the veteran lawyer has helped hundreds of clients since he joined the firm in March 2018.
In that time, he’s been elevated to partner and handles some of the firm’s more complex personal injury cases.
