He was injured when he fell through a six-foot hole while at work, but the support he hoped to get from his employer wasn’t there.
“The next day, I’m on crutches in a brace – a knee brace, a wrist brace, and my operations manager comes out and he’s like, ‘He has to be doing something, or he could just go home,’” said Claude. “I’m like, ‘What? I just fell through a six-foot hole.”
