That’s apparent to Ankin Law Attorney Telly Liapis, a native of Cook County who has been practicing law in Chicago for over 20 years.
“I would be shocked if somebody from out of state could show up and litigate a case here,” said Liapis when asked about the importance of having a lawyer from Chicago represent a client in a Chicago case. “Because there are so many nuances, so many differences between judges and how they operate in their courtrooms.”
Liapis has used the expertise to help hundreds of personal injury clients who have come to Ankin Law for help since he joined the firm over two decades ago.
