Why Does This Ankin Law Attorney Prioritize a Positive Workplace?

Nothing like a big negative turning into a net positive for a long career in the law.

That’s how it was for Attorney and Ankin Law office manager Jodi Eisenstadt as she was just beginning to practice early in her career.

“In one of the firms I worked with, I worked with, I met someone who seemed to be proud of his ability to make people cry,” said Eisenstadt. “And I found that shocking.”

But in this bad moment came strong motivation for Jodi’s career moving forward as she set to build a law practice on the foundation of a positive work environment.

“I also realized at that time that there’s so much more that we can do when we teach people

about diversity and how to treat one another,” said Eisenstadt. “I created my own law firm

dedicated to improving the workplace and creating a better work environment for everyone.”

That philosophy has traveled with Jodi at a number of stops in her career, including Ankin Law. Since January 2019, she’s been creating a strong workplace culture at our offices as the firm continues to grow in its 28th year.
