One of the key components to a great relationship between a client and a law firm is so very simple.

It’s picking up the phone. It can mean so much to a person who needs help, just like Sammie F.
He was rear-ended in his car in February of 2024, suffering injuries to his low back, neck and elbow.
So he turned to Ankin Law to get some medical help and was assigned to the team of Attorney Raquel Gross along with Legal Assistant Lea Gaetto.
What stood out to Sammie during that time was the ability of Lea to answer the phone whenever he needed help. This especially helped when he was dealing with some issues during the middle of his rehabilitation.
“When I had problems getting the therapy help I needed, Lea took care of it” said Sammie.
It meant a lot to him from the time he started the personal injury case till its conclusion on the spring of 2025.
