Bicycle Accidents in Chicago

No two bicycle accident cases are ever identical. Each accident victim will sustain unique injuries, and the aftermath will have an individual impact on their lives. Consequently, the strength of your bicycle accident claim will ultimately depend on circumstances particular to your case.

However, by answering the following questions, you can get a sense of the amount of recompense you might recover in a bicycle accident claim:

  • What categories of injuries have you sustained in your bicycle crash?
  • Can you continue your regular work or resume your normal life activities?
  • Are your bicycle accident-related injuries permanent?
  • To what extent did your accident worsen a preexisting medical condition?
