Attorney Howard Ankin had the pleasure of presetting him with his settlement check in 2026 at the end of his case.
Rocco injured his shoulder when he was loading items into a truck. At the recommendation of a co-worker, he called Ankin Law, who immediately connected him with veteran workers’ compensation attorney Scott Goldstein.
Along with legal assistant Kelly Pickert, Rocco was provided with help finding the right medical care and treatment for his shoulder. That helped him rehabilitate his shoulder while Scott got him a financial settlement for his injuries.
Howard then gave Rocco’s his settlement check on closing day with Ankin Law living up to its reputation as a leader in workers’ compensation law in the State of Illinois.
