There’s nothing that this Chicagoan won’t do to help underserved youth in his neighborhood.
Sometimes it’s a simple as bringing a group of kids downtown, while other times its responding in the midst of a crisis.
Jahmal Cole has done both and a lot more since incorporating “My Block, My Hood, My City” in 2016. It’s an organization giving underserved you the chance to have new experiences throughout the city, changing their lives while also doing the same in the neighborhoods they live.
In this edition of “Chicagoans You Should Know,” we feature Jahmal’s organization along with his efforts to help children in the community. You can see that in the video.
