Bakery Oven Explosion Injures Worker

A bakery oven explosion led to burns on both hands and forearms, face and left leg of a bakery worker. The arbitrator finds that the worker is entitled to 130 weeks of compensation for the serious and permanent disfigurement caused by the incident.
