Auto Accident Injuries in Illinois

A serious injury or fatality that occurs in an accident due to the negligence of someone else is defined legally as a personal injury or wrongful death, respectively. That said, proving that the other party was indeed negligent and caused the accident is a complicated matter and requires the expertise of a Chicago car accident lawyer.

With legal representation, members of the family who meet the eligibility criteria can pursue civil litigation to recover damages after their loved one’s death. Such damages from litigation may include but are not limited to funeral costs, pain and suffering endured before and after the decedent’s death, loss of companionship, and more.
