Car Accident Injuries in Illinois

A serious injury or fatality that occurs in an accident due to the negligence of someone else is defined legally as a personal injury or wrongful death, respectively. That said, proving that the other party was indeed negligent and caused the accident is a complicated matter and requires the expertise of a Chicago car accident lawyer.

With legal representation, members of the family who meet the eligibility criteria can pursue civil litigation to recover damages after their loved one’s death.
