What looked like a normal customer interaction turned wrong in a hurry – and so did the situation for Crystal.
When this person took out frustration on this theatre employee, it not only caused injury to Crystal but showed her employer’s true concern for her.
“They were not helping me, and it felt like there was no team effort,” said this employee of nine years – but luckily the team at Ankin Law was ready to help.
On a suggestion from her grandfather, Crystal called Ankin Law, getting immediate help from Attorney Derek Lax and Legal Assistant Latoya Griffith. Immediately we were able to get Crystal benefits while she received treatment for a concussion.
“Literally the next day, they would tell me, ‘Hey, we’ve got your back. We’re gonna get you paid,” said Crystal of the response of Derek and Latoya. “They literally never disappointed me.”
