For the second time in less than a month, two attorneys from Ankin Law impart their knowledge to the next generation of legal professionals.
Attorneys Jake Nabat and Jennifer Kelly didn’t have to go too far to do that for this appearance on October 23.
After speaking at the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School on October 14, the pair made their way across the street to DePaul School of Law to take part in their Practice Area Exploration Fair.
An event for first year students of the school, Jake and Jenny answered a variety of questions about the Personal Injury practice of which they’ve committed the majority of their legal careers.
It was a homecoming for Jenny since she is a graduate of the DePaul School of Law herself.
“Being in that position to be able to give them some feedback and remembering what it felt like when I was on the other side was very rewarding and I think it really makes a difference,” said Jenny of speaking to the students.
Jake and Jenny both discussed what it meant to them to speak to students at DePaul and UIC in the video.
