Tuesday is election day in the State of Illinois – and if you care about the law, it’s important you go to the polls.

That’s what Attorney Howard Ankin says as voters cast their ballots to determine the party candidates who’ll appear on the ballot for the midterm elections on November 3.
Which candidates are voted into office can have a big impact on the court system and the laws that go into effect in the future. It could limit the number of benefits and amount of reward which our clients could get when we represent them in our injury case.
As an attorney who’s been in the personal injury practice for over 30 years, Howard understands the impact votes can have on verdicts in the court.
“What happens in the ballot box makes a big difference in what happens in the jury box,” said Howard when speaking about the March 17 elections.
Howard talks more about why it’s important to vote in the video.
