Chicago, IL (November 13, 2025) – A man and a child suffered serious injuries after an apartment fire early Thursday, September 12, on the city’s Far South Side. The fire broke out just before 5 a.m. inside a three-story apartment building in the 3000 block of West 111th Street in the Mount Greenwood neighborhood.
