We like to think that everyone brings their own unique skills to our law firm to help our clients in a number of areas.

But there has to be someone that helps to bring it all together – making sure that everyone’s unique skill set works in harmony as a collective.
That has been the mission of Ankin Law HR Director and Office Manager Jodi Eisenstadt since she arrived at Ankin Law in January 2019.
She’s done a great job of doing that at our office, overseeing the expansion of our firm to over 20 attorneys and 100 total employees, from receptionists to legal assistants and intake specialists.
But this passion to make a workplace environment positive and productive is actually been a mission of Jodi’s long before she arrived at Ankin Law. In fact, it was actually a negative moment at another law firm that would provide a mission that’s lasted for over the course of a career.
Jodi discussed that along with other aspects of her work to great a great workplace at Ankin Law in this edition of “Spotlight.”
