Once again, the founder of Ankin Law is being honored for his efforts in the Chicagoland area through his practice.

On April 22, Howard Ankin was presented with the Vanguard Award by the Chicago Bar Association as the honoree from the Decalogue Society of Lawyers.
The ceremony took place at the Union League Club of Chicago in The Loop as Howard was one of 18 attorneys to be honored by a number of bar associations.
The award is presented annually as a way to “honor individuals and institutions who have made the law and legal profession more accessible to and reflective of the community.” The annual event is a way for those in practice in Chicago to celebrate the accomplishments of a diverse group of lawyers and legal organizations annually.
A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and UIC Law School, Howard founded Ankin Law on March 21, 1997. Over the last 28 years, he’s built up the firm to where it now employees over 90 attorneys and staff to help in a number of personal injury practice areas.
Howard is also on the board for several organizations and has been named a Thomson Reuters “Super Lawyer” annually for over a decade.
