Legal Assistant
Our legal assistants are an integral part of our client service team. Contact us if you have significant experience in Plaintiff’s personal injury or workers’ compensation.
- Manage a large volume of cases.
- Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and claims representatives to obtain authorization for medications, treatments, and surgeries for clients.
- Draft routine motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Prepare and compile specials for insurance carriers.
- Request clients’ itemized bills and medical records.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.

Law Clerk
