Attorney

We are always looking to meet experienced workers’ compensation or personal injury attorneys who are dedicated to representing clients in the most diligent, compassionate, and effective manner.
Skills of successful applicants:
  • Litigation and negotiation experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage large caseloads.
  • Collaborative, positive attitude, and respectful.
  • Highly motivated for success.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

Legal Assistant

Our legal assistants are an integral part of our client service team. Contact us if you have significant experience in Plaintiff’s personal injury or workers’ compensation.

Job duties:
  • Manage a large volume of cases.
  • Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters and claims representatives to obtain authorization for medications, treatments, and surgeries for clients.
  • Draft routine motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and compile specials for insurance carriers.
  • Request clients’ itemized bills and medical records.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

Law Clerk

Are you a current law student or interested in exploring what it is like to work in a law firm?
We offer several ways for people without prior law firm experience or with limited time availability to join our firm.
  • We hire law students to work as law clerks full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.
  • College students or recent graduates serve as law clerks.
  • We hire people with outstanding communication skills to serve as receptionists.
