Jeff Mashni 

Jeff Mashni’s commitment to helping injured individuals and their families is rooted in a personal experience that shaped his life from a young age. When Jeff was 10 years old, his 13-year-old cousin was tragically struck and killed by a freight train on Chicago’s Northwest Side. The loss profoundly affected his family and left Jeff with questions that would stay with him for years: How could such a tragedy happen? Could it have been prevented? And what could be done to help families facing unimaginable loss?

Those questions ultimately led Jeff to the practice of law and continue to guide his work today. Throughout his career, he has advocated for individuals and families whose lives have been changed by serious injuries, wrongful death, negligence, and the wrongful conduct of corporations. He approaches each case with the understanding that behind every claim is a person, a family, and often a difficult period of uncertainty and loss. His goal is not only to seek accountability, but also to help his clients navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives with compassion, dedication, and care.

Jeff’s experience also includes several years representing nursing homes in personal injury matters. That experience provided him with a valuable perspective on both sides of litigation and a deeper understanding of the issues that arise in complex injury cases.

Outside of his legal practice, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and appreciating his passion for music. He is also a Texas Hold’em enthusiast and enjoys participating in poker tournaments.
