Aaron Walner

Aaron Walner is a dedicated advocate for individuals navigating complex legal challenges, bringing more than two decades of litigation experience to

his practice at Ankin Law. Throughout his career, Aaron has represented clients in high-stakes matters involving complex litigation, employment disputes,

consumer protection, insurance-related claims, and personal injury matters, developing a reputation for strategic advocacy, persuasive legal writing, and unwavering client commitment. 

Before joining Ankin Law, Aaron served as Managing Partner of a respected Chicago-based litigation firm, where he oversaw significant class action and complex litigation matters nationwide. Over the course of his career, he has helped litigate cases resulting in substantial recoveries against major corporations, insurers, financial institutions, and manufacturers.

His experience includes motion practice, appellate advocacy, settlement negotiations, discovery management, and courtroom litigation in both state and federal courts. 

Aaron is particularly known for his analytical approach to difficult legal issues and his ability to develop innovative litigation strategies in cases involving complex factual and legal questions. He has drafted appellate briefs, argued contested motions, managed large-scale discovery, and worked closely with clients through every phase of litigation. 

At Ankin Law, Aaron applies this extensive litigation background to advocating for injured workers and individuals facing life-changing injuries. He understands that clients

often come to the legal system during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and believes effective representation requires both aggressive advocacy

 and genuine compassion. 

Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School) and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and

History from Boston University.  Aaron lives in Highland Park with his two sons. Outside the office, he is an avid lover of live music and enjoys spending time with family

and being part of the Chicago-area community.
