Raquel Gross was born and raised in Brazil; coming from an affluent family in Campinas, her parents instilled in her the duty in helping others in need. Following that call, Raquel earned her (1st) Juris Doctor and afterwards, she came to the U.S. to pursue her Masters degree (M.B.A.). While living in Florida, she met her husband Tim, a native of Chicago, with whom she has two children.
While in Florida, she worked for several renowned personal injury firms in Orlando, Fl where she developed her skills and grew her empathy for the clients and a passion for the profession. She earned her (2nd) J.D. from Florida A&M Law School.
While in law school, Raquel participated in Moot Court and was on the Dean’s List. Throughout law school, she clerked for the Orange County Public Defender’s office where she had firsthand experience in the penal system.
Raquel Gross has handled hundreds of personal injury cases and has a proven track record of securing exceptional results for her clients in jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and settlements. As a seasoned trial attorney, her many successes have been published by The Illinois Jury Verdict Reporter and The Illinois Settlement Reporter.
Aside from her strong litigation practice, her academic and professional background also includes immigration cases where she owned a solo practitioner firm and assisted clients in the Brazilian Consulate in Chicago, on a pro bono basis.
She is fluent in English, Portuguese and conversational Spanish.

Outside of work, Raquel enjoys yoga practice, traveling and walks by the lake with her husband.
